By Deborah V. Burgess, M.S.S.

"Clients learn mediation skills at institute" (pdf)
Boulder County Business Report

BOULDER — With increasing conflict in everyday life, it is no surprise more and more people turn to courts to resolve their problems.

Ries and business partner Genna Murphy developed the institute, referred to as IADR, from their company Ries Murphy Associates
LLC. The initial business was started in 1994 as a counseling and education company that provided stress management coaching
and leadership training to individuals, couples, families and organizations.
